About Us

Tardi Group works with UK families, business owners, and property investors whose estates are large enough that HMRC will take a meaningful share unless a plan is in place.

Meet the founder

Joe Tardi

Estate planning and inheritance tax practitioner

Joe Tardi is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (ACSI), the UK's specialist body for securities and investment professionals. His route into estate planning came via cross-border wealth work since 2018: advising UK-resident families with US-situs assets, dual-residency exposure, and cross-jurisdictional business interests, where the planning that sits around the regulated products often matters more than the product choice itself.

Tardi Group was founded to bring that same coordinated thinking to UK estate planning: a single point of accountability across wills, trusts, family investment companies, inheritance tax, and business succession, with the regulated parts handed off to FCA-authorised partners only where they actually need to be.

Tardi Group Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the FCA as a firm. Where regulated investment advice is required, we work alongside FCA-authorised advisers: Joe leads the planning, the regulated firm executes the products. Every engagement is founder-led from discovery through implementation, with bespoke strategies grounded in each client's family context, risk profile, and long-term goals.

  • ACSI member (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment) — entry route for cross-border investment work that informs the planning Tardi Group leads.
  • Cross-border estate and wealth planning experience since 2018, covering UK estates with US, EU, and APAC components.
  • Founder-led delivery from discovery through implementation: wills, trusts, inheritance tax, family investment companies, and business succession.
  • Recommendations grounded in your family context, risk profile, and long-term goals, never in product placement.
